Artisan Coffee · Est. 2019
Small-batch roasts, lovingly prepared. A place to slow down, connect, and taste the difference that intention makes.
From Farm to Cup
We believe the cup starts long before the espresso machine. Every bean we use is traceable to a named farm — sourced through direct relationships with growers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala.
Our roaster visits each farm at least once a year. We taste at origin, negotiate fair prices directly, and roast in small weekly batches so nothing sits on a shelf long enough to lose its character.
Why Ember & Oak
Every bean is traceable to a single origin farm. We roast in small batches weekly to guarantee peak freshness in every pour.
Our team trains for six months before they touch an espresso machine. Precision, patience, and passion go into every drink.
Whether you're working solo, catching up with a friend, or simply reading — our space is designed to welcome you for as long as you need.

What Guests Say
I've been to cafés across three continents. Ember & Oak is the only one where I feel genuinely welcomed every single morning.
As a remote worker, I live in coffee shops. None come close to the espresso here — and the WiFi actually works.
The honey oat latte is the only thing that gets me out of bed on Mondays. I've tried to replicate it at home. Impossible.
Come As You Are
